5 to 6 oz smoked salmon

1 blk cream cheese

1 can cream of mushroom

dice up scallions

minced garlic

tabasco

salt and pepper to taste

melt cream cheese and mushroom soup stirring constant put onions garlic and tabasco season as u like after melted turn off heat add smoked salmon chunks stir and refrigerate let me know if you like it

Sounds really good!! We use the smoked fish mixed with sweet pickle relish, mayo, salt/pepper/garlic to taste, in a food proccesser, and whip it into a patte'.

Get the Ritz crackers out!!!!!
