Another nice king on the Eastern side - I see a trend!!!!

I'm heading out of the Salmon River tomorrow afternoon with a buddy who has been out with me twice -- with two skunks to show for it. I'd really like to put him on some fish so if anybody wants to share details - I'm all ears. I was gonna look around for a decent screen, but was thinking of starting in about 90' fow for browns/kings and moving out from there. No down temp or speed, so I'll be relying on SOG.

Usually, by now I've put away the stick baits and am exclusively flies and spoons - but those gobie stick baits were sure hot this spring. Anybody still fishing sticks for browns?

I'll let you know what we found when we get back.

Danno,

I haven't heard of anyone using stick baits this time of year. Don't want to discourage you from trying, but seems like most of the reports have been about spoons and flasher/flies on downriggers, dipsey divers and coppers.
