SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS spent most the day washing lures. around noon kings and bait showed up. just lit up the screen. stbd dipsy went off 320 ft of wire on 1 setting. landed 27-4 king. fish was still in the net when port dipsey went off. same settings. fish ripped 300 ft of wire and another 100 of backer before line broke. Been catching these thins for 30 years, and never felt one like this before. truly would have been at top or near top of board. Kinda depressing, but thats the way the game goes. overall a pretty expensive day. 2 dipseies, 600 feet of wire, 1 spin doctor / fly.
