Smoked Salmon sandwich's

This is just a very simple mix I like to do with smoked salmon.

6 to 8 oz smoked salmon

3 table spoons of mayo

1/4 cup finely diced dill pickles

sliced american cheese

lettuce

sliced tomato

onion rolls

Put your salmon in a bowl, take a fork and break it up in small pieces. Add the mayo and diced pickles, mix well. You can add more mayo if it is not moist enough. Throw a large helping on an onion roll and top with cheese, lettuce and tomato. Enjoy!!!
