Derby Days

I fished the Fall LOC Derby for the first time with Fishtails (Rod) and his son Justin. CaptSpike (Mark) joined us for a day, as well. Here is a video of our adventure. The fishing was tough as the lake turned over last week. It was a bit better before the big blow over the weekend, but not by a whole lot. It was a great time, regardless. I will never forget the experience and hope to do it again.

Head west old friend, the big salt water guys will not start until November. The water is never to cold for lad while on a boat in the middle of a lake.

Thanks guys! I am really glad you enjoyed it. I find it a great way to share the adventure with all and enjoy doing the work.

I know what you mean, Rod. Right now I am torn between hunting and going to give it one last shot on the lake.
