Was a nice day of fishing with my son. The catching part was the hard thing. fished all over the north end and went south with not much action. Fished from 100 feet to 180 and still not much action on the screen. In 6 hours did get 1 small laker on a green dolphin with green fly. Marked most of the fish in the 120-130 range near the bottom but never got them to chase.

Did get stopped by the DEC boat as they were checking for licences. Seemed like an ok feller just doing his job then as I was heading toward the launch had the Ontario Co. sheriff boat checking.

Weather was great just loking forward to the fish getting hungry.

Glad to see you guys got out! We will have to plan a few more trips together, the season on Canandaigua has just begun

Dave I think you just have that Magnetic personality... I fished the Thousand Islands in both American and Canadian waters and did not get stopped once.... OPP went past us a couple times..... Fishing was pretty good also which is nice for a change..... Dale
