We fished a couple of hours this morning and the Browns seemed to be plentiful in about 40 - 50 FOW east of the Point. Managed to land 3 of 4 in less than 2 hours...all around 6 - 8 pounds....a good morning for us!

Nice way to spend part of Father's Day!

These are going to fill up the smoker tomorrow...

Wow you guys had more luck than all of the rest of us had the entire morning! For most of us, fishing was reallllly slow out of sodus this morning! Great job!

Should have gone east. We fished between the bluffs and east bay in 30-40 ft. Lots of bait and browns. Went 15 for 18 from 6-930. Fish came on stingers in glow, green and green and yellow 15-30 down. Riggers, lead, and wire all took fish. Talked with a couple charters that were next to us and they had simillar catches. Its June? Best June we have ever had out in the area.

We did the same as A&M. fished with a friend of mine west of Hughs, or east of sodus, we were 15 of 17 all browns with a big lamprey and a sawbelly. We quit around 9:30. Every color and rod type worked. The lamprey was the only one that did not go back in the water in good condition. His head just seemed to fall off  Saturday was good to, got to put a brown on the board then went out deep 600+. What a waste of time that was. nothing but a 5 hour boat ride out and back.
