Flatfish/Kwikfish

I have trouble when using a Flatfish or Kwikfish lure. They come to the top. This is flat lining. Nothing but the lure at the end of the line. Any help would be appreciated.

I always put one or two good size split shot about 6 feet ahead of the lure when flatlining flatfish and never run any faster than about 2.1.

Maybe it has to be tuned better. They are very fussy.

The Kwikfish Xtreme is made for trolling.

The regular Kwikfish and Flatfish are better for drifting.
