My name is Matt.

I run a Upstate NY nature website http://www.nyfalls.com

It's mostly for hiking, photography, waterfalls and lakes.

I recently began profiling lakes.

I haven't boated or fished since I was a kid, but am very interested in getting started again, so I'll be lurking around here and reading up on information.

I have a cottage on Lake Ontario (right next to Chimney Bluff State Park). Great area.
