SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

====================

Fished Devil's Hole in the morning with friends Joel and Fred in Joel's boat. Did the drift with skein and later tried some flatfish. A lot of boats in the hole, "gorge"ous day! Had a half dozen skein bites but only manage one steelhead to the boat, beautiful female.

For the afternoon it was off to the Oak with Fred. Well we worked from 200-420 with one small salmon we lost on a 42 Second Stinger and a small brown at the end of the day on a Steelie Dan. Was a blank screen for the most part and 58-57 degrees down to 110!!! Wind all week probably did not help. Nice afternoon on the water for what may be one of our last but definitely not the last, weather permitting next couple weekends.
