Hit the lake for a bit after work yesterday. Trolled toward the nuke plant with no luck going from 20 FOW to about 80 FOW with one hit on a green DW spoon in about 40 FOW down about 27 FT. Then hit the steam plant casting a cleo and caught a small king. Gonna try to get out again this week.

Nick - welcome to the forum, thanks for the report.

Have you been out on the lake many times recently, and have you seen any trout taken out there?

Would like to make another trip up there, but most reports have been bleak.

Haven't really been able to get out a lot weather has been the main cause... When I have been its later in the day about 4 or 5 after work. I haven't been doing too, well I'm still pretty new and this is my first year at home in the fall (I was at college in Potsdam at Clarkson). I'm hoping to get out next week after a couple of the cold nights to see if the browns moved in. Hope this helps.
