Launch at Myers

Last week while at the launch Frisco and I noticed a sign that said the launch would be closed as of 11-8-10. Does anyone have any info one way or the other this. I know last year they did some work on the slips and had it shut down for a while but not all season. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mark

Mark, thanks for bringing this up, I guess it's back up to L.P. or down & around to Treman. It's no difference time wise for me but sure glad I didn't have to go to Lansing 1st to find out. -Andy

I got to looking around down there and thought maybe they had a second phase planned for this winter. Looks like L P for me too Andy, maybe I'll "run" into you down up there one of these days.-Mark

Mark, the launch at Finger Lakes Marina is an easy launch to use. It is on the south side of Myers point. Let me know if your interested, I can make a call to the owner for you.
