Screwey Louie's in Fair Haven opens early. It is about 15 minutes from Oswego. www.screwylouiessportshop.com Also, there is Larry's Salmon Shop (315) 342-2778 right on the Oswego river. He is supposed to open at 6:00am but I've waited for over an hour for him to open up.
