Does it have motor bracket and throttle control ? Everything to hook up ?

FYI wereonum-

A complete system includes a throttle actuator kit and cylinder bracket kit, both have to be purchased seperately and are MOTOR SPECIFIC. So if your kicker is different, you'll need to order the correct parts from a dealer.
