I WAS WANTING TO COME UP IN END OF MAY OR JUNE FOR

A COUPLE DAYS ON THE BIG O FOR TROUT AND OR SALMON.

WITH ALL THE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ON THIS SITE I THOUGHT MAYBE

SOME OF YOU GUYS AND GIRLS COULD LET ME KNOW WHEN WOULD BE

MY BEST BET WHAT YOU PERFER AND MAYBY A GOOD PRESENTATION TO THINK

Spring fishing can be very good off NR / Wilson / Olcott, but don't overlook the offshore steelhead fishery in August....... World class .......... You really can't go wrong off Niagara County for much of the season!

There is often a big difference between end of May and June. If you want Kings, May.

Or wait until the lake sets up and the summer fishing starts. In a normal year, that is typically tight around the 4th of July. The salmon action out of Olcott throughout the month of July is usually outstanding as well. June is typically a pretty tough month to fish out of Olcott.

I liver here in Niagara County and would also 2nd 4th of July thru August - kings and steal head. The weather in the spring is tough hit or miss.

we went for the first time last year, middle of may, hammered the kings. I am booking my trip for this year same time.

We often go over Memorial Day weekend and depending upon how "far along" spring is, fishing can be fantastic. Last year Memorial Day weekend was a little late, but the previous year was a Saturday with 40 something hook ups and Sunday about 20. We fish the bar to Wilson typically during this time.
