Amish Outfitters sells them as well as many other tackle shops around the lake.. But they are called Clippers and made locally here in Sodus.

Yes they do. They are "set it and forget it". Set the tension how you want them and then anyone can put the line in them and it is how you want it. Never too deep or too shallow like pinch pads or Laurvicks. Make sure all your rods are the same weight/diameter line though with these so the tension is consistent.

Once loaded on the line, what do you guys use to keep them stacked at the begining of the line, so you use them 1 at a time. so they all dont slide down.

I use a section of 1/8" line with a dog snap on one end. The other end is attached to a cleat on the boat. I use this line to pull the clips to me when I set the fishing lines.
