Well, another successful LOTSA Expo weekend has come and gone.

First, a big round of applause and Thank You goes out to Captain Vince Pierleoni and Captain Bob Cinelli for putting on an Outstanding Super Salmon Clinic on Saturday. Captain’s Vince and Bob provided an information packed 6 hours to a full house and could have gone on for hours longer if the building wouldn’t have been booked for another event that evening. I believe everyone in attendance got more than their money’s worth out of their presentation. Thanks guys, it was great!!!

Second we’d like to send out a big THANK YOU to all of our Exhibitors AND patrons on Sunday for making the Expo and Flea Market a HUGE success, We raised almost $1,900.00 at the door to help continue to fund the pen rearing projects that benefit us all. It looked like this winter really has given a lot of people a bad case of Cabin Fever this year as we had good crowds of people walking through the Big room throughout the day and everyone seemed to be in a buying mood.

Last and certainly not least, a HUGE THANK YOU goes out to LOTSA Member Chuck Booker. Chuck’s raffle for the 4 center pin float rod and reel combos took in an additional $1,400.00. 100% of the money Chuck collected is being divided equally between the Olcott and Wilson Pen Rearing Projects ($700.00 to each project). Chuck, we cannot possibly thank you enough. The center pin combos were donated to Chuck through the Lake Ontario Tributary Anglers Council (LOTAC) for fund raising activities and Chuck elected to utilize them for our western pen projects so a big thank you to LOTAC as well. www.lotac.org

And of course, LOTSA would like to send out a sincere thank all of our members who donated their time and effort to make this possible. We could never pull it off every year without you.
