My guess is planner board line.Was in a lot of tackle I purchased.200ft. 120lbs. Weller premium steelcore. Stainless steel cable nylon plastic coated.

Thanks windburn I just looked at it sitting next to the computer and thought maybe it's coated rigger cable.Looked and saw your response.Never used the coated rigger cable so I really didn't think about it.Looks like good stuff.I will have to give it to my friend he runs a Moor speed and temp and was having coated cable issues last year.

That clear coated wire is typically used for steel leaders. I would guess at 120 lb test that would be used in some big game saltwater applications (marlin, tuna etc).

IMO 120 lb is too light for probe rigger cable unless you's use it for the lighter wire between the probe and the ball as a breakaway wire.
