oswego information

Havent been to oswego for about 10yrs. Going back on thur this week and woundering if the fishing still good when i leave the harbor and troll shore line? Plus im trying to remember hazards if there were any? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Last weekend I trolled out of the harbor and east down the shoreline....when you get down a ways there is what looks like a creek and farther east some houses but in particular a brown shed/ house and the water gets really shallow. We picked up a king and a big brown in that area. We also fished the power plant and hit 47 degree water and hooked up on several fish we did best in 16 foot of water...hope this helps

that shallow water is a good ways from the harbor...a mile or so. good luck. we did good trolling blue and silver stickbaits. but the smaller ones did the best. jr thunder sticks and smithwicks going about 1.9 mph
