SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

====================

Took a late quick run out of the Bay towards Webster following a mud line that has creeped on over from the genny. I was flatlining and had to frequently pull in the lures to clear weeds moving with the mud. Wasn't until we moved into about the mud at 12 feet that we got the one and only hit. My son's first Brown and he was happy about it. I have now had consistant results with this same lure. Can't remember the name of it right now but will post when I find it.

Thanks, guys. Found the name of the lure...Lucky Craft Hardbaits Pointer SP . I only have 2 of them but they have both produced as well as the Rebel Minnows I use.

Nice picture! Takes some K-who-nase to troll those $15-$20 baits in that shallow. I have a few boxes of Lucky Craft from my bass fishing days, but I haven't had the K-who-nase to run them in that shallow. They are a great bait with a great finish.
