Creek Trout Report?

I have the week off next week, and I know I'm a few weeks late, but does anyone have a Trout report on any of the creeks around. I was thinking of either hitting Naples or Irondequoit creeks or Linear/ Elison Parks. If that doesn't pan out I am looking for some near shore off land or kayak reachable hot spots (any species hitting?). Been out of the game a while not looking for any secrets just for some general info. (I live in Canandaigua if you have something close by)

Id Say Naples. Since you posted the creeks have been way to high to fish.
