SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

Well it's been a long while since I have been out. I was too busy building my house last year that the boat never got out of the garage I still have a ton of crap left to do but I can't take it anymore so I pulled the boat out today. Fished in and around the harbor today and not much happening this AM. Out of the 8-10 boats around I think I saw maybe 2 rods move on other boats. Had 1 hit on the rigger down 6 with a blue and white stinger with nobody home. Took a 23" coho at 10:30 on a blue smithwick with orange bottom. The boat ran great like it never missed a beat and everthing work right so all was not lost. Maybe next time

fished in the harbor for a few hours. saw baitfish jumping out of water. saw one small brown churning up the top and one real nice steelhead jumpin around beatin up minnows. any suggestions? i am new getting back into this, and i have been tossing cleos with some success. my brother i n law nailed a 12 lbs. brown last Saturday from the wall.
