You might want to check out some of the Port Bay reports in the 'Reports,Forum'. Port Bay is between Sodus & Fairhaven. I should be out there on Wens. too. -Andy

The fishing in Fair haven has been exellent lately. Sticks, Spoons 8-15 fow east or west has been good. Last trip out ( due to poor weather all week ) was friday and we had a 5 man limit in a couple hours. Good healthy browns with many above average size fish this year. Lets hope it lasts.

We had the same experiance yesterday. They preferred the flat lines off the boards to the riggers. Plenty of action. Black gold, silver gold sticks. NBK and Goby were hot on the spoons. Conditions were overcast, water was green and 46 degrees.

Was at Port Bay this morning. The wind is out of the southeast at about 3 mph, the lake is as flat as a table, and the water is clear, except for the stained water coming from the streams. This is going to make it tough to find and attract the fish in the shallows.

We're going to need some north or west winds to rile up the water again.

Not a nibble! I did manage to wash all the old fish smell off the lures though!

Weather forecast says northeast 10-20 mph winds, 1 to 3 foot waves tonight. Might be enough to cloud up the near shore water again. Also, its supposed to rain most of the week!! Bummer!
