With the summer approaching the fishing has been great. The water temps are in the 70's. The Redfish and Snook bite has really been good. The gator Trout bite has slowed down. I'm looking forward to another great season.

What's the deal with the fish kill up there? I hear a lot of fish died with the cold weather?

2years ago many perished,their was a moratorium last year of snook and big change for grouper fishing times...hopefully they will oper the reg. season for grouper this year.

And yes 1 year ago Jan 10's of thousands fish hundreds of turtles and thousands of sub tidle shellfish were dead and washed up on shore. Wasnt a pretty site cept to the scavanger birds. but their "bouncin back" pretty good.

Looks more like "oldsmar bay" north of 60.
