Is the deadline the same for the open division for Niagara and Orleans?

No, it is later but I am not sure of the date. I think it is May 20th for Niagara and the 27th for Orleans.

mostly depends on entries what the payback is..... good merchandise prizes.... we did get our entry money back last year with a second place finish
