Got on the water around 6:45 last night. We also had a hard time keeping the riggers in the right temp water. The only good troll we could get was ENE, any slight variation and our lures were moving 1.6-1.8 mph. The thermocline seemed to be in a real tight ban, which depending on speed was between 110-120 ft. down on the riggers. Anyways did 3 lakers 8-13#, one got hooked in the belly some how off the rigger, we thought we had the loch ness monster at first, deep steady pull on the line. Only to find out it was a chicken, slimy bastard too. Also my 8 year old son caught a 15# king on the wire. My hands are a little cut up from trying to help him get the fish in. It had a huge eel stuck to it somewere in the 16-18" range. That was it, my daughter had had enough by 8:35 so we got off the water. Only to be greeted by the Coast Guard coming into the river to check out the boat....

Good Fishing...
