Yes they are. They are the silver captains pack. One is 2 years old the other is about 10 years. I have been using then and just pulled them off the boat. They have the duel rod holders and I have the cannon ball holders for both.

No Sorry they are 5 ft booms. Of course you can add or take out sections to fit your application.
