Tri-Oswego Triathlon is Sunday June 26th at Wrights Landing

Next weekend is the Tri-Oswego event weekend. I am spreading the word that next Sunday morning the Wrights Landing boat launch and Marina will be closed from 7am to 11am. Over 240 Triathletes will crash the waters at 8am and swim either the sprint distance 1/2 mile or the Olympic 1 mile swim course. The transition area where athletes change from swim to bike and then again from bike to run will be located in Wrights Parking lot. For the safety of the athletes the parking lot, intersections and roads will be very controlled. The event will be over by Noon on Sunday. For those planning to leave the dock during that time from we have made arrangements with the City. They are allowing boaters to relocate to the International dock the day before at no charge. aww man i gots my tanning raft for the swim,walkin stick for the hike but my 3 wheel bike is in fls at the 55pluss community campground we stay in.....

After the A-tomik Challenge Saturday we'll all be too pooped to fish Sunday anyway.LOL
