Sandy 6/18. Schoolmaster report

Went out this morning for a quick trip. Headed east towards cow sucker creek. Huge pods of bait everywhere in 50-80 fow. With suspended marks by each pod. Moved out to 80 looking for some feeding fish. Finally hit one 55 over 85 on a 28 size 42 second spoon; turned out to be a nice brown 11 and change....... Set back up and fished for another hour changing gear, colors , presentation........ Hit a laker 13 and change on a spin dr fly on the copper out 300. I think the full moon with the fish feeding all night on those bait pods is going to make it difficult for a while.

the probe was always 5 feet above bottom- coldest was 46 warmest was 51....... 55 feet down it was 56 degrees in 85 fow
