Stomach contents Sat, Sun Cayuga: Smelt

Didn't think much of finding smelt in Saturday's fish but on Sun again most of the recognizable forage species were smelt again. Can't remember seeing so many!

You fishing the Taughannok area? For some reason I don't see many in other parts of the lake.

Some of Saturday's fish did come from around T-Falls which was why I wasn't surprised to see the smelt in them but the fish we kept from Sun were from much, much further north. Makes me wonder how far some of these bait fish and predator fish travel.
