1992 Penn Yan 245 contender parts/fix

I have a 1992 245 contender that went down at its slip due to bilge failure. It was under for around 10 hours. It has a mercruiser stern drive 230 lx. I am asking 1500 for the boat . I also have a 2010 galv. venture trailer. Tandem axel. Trailer has only been down the road 2 times. Asking 4200 for the package. Dry it out ,change the fluids , pull the plugs and roll it over by hand. Might suprize you.
