ONTARIO Fishing advice

My daughter and I will be travelling to Niagara/Ontario area in July. We normally fish South Texas coast - wade and bay fishing. We would like to take a day trip to Lake Ontario. Any suggestions of where the best day trip fishing is and who to contact for assistance? Thanks!
