Hey guys, well tonight I've been using a couple attomik flies. Both have taken in a couple nice 10 lb salmons. Problem is, the line that comes with the fly keeps snapping, I get the fly back, but the hooks are gone. Anyway around this problem? Should I switch the mono line with a steel like?

A lot of times this happens because the leader get knicked from the pliers on the fish before. The 50lb. leader on them should be enough but be careful.

What gambler said. We always check the line after getting the hook out. It is very easy to put a knick in the line when taking the hooks out of there mouth with the pliers. Or those big teeth marring the line as you reel them in. Its good practice to always check them after every fish

One of the reasons behind using 50lb flurocarbon is because of the stiffness. It gives a good whipping action to the fly that has better results then most other options. After every catch you should be checking your fly and leader. I keep a container on my boat with pretied leaders just in case. The only probelm with flurocarbon is the price. 25 meters runs between 17 to 25 dollars. :(
