This is a set of older riggers that came off my boat i bought just last season. They are in working order, just a little slower than i like and do not have short stops. Was going to keep them for spares but they have sat in my garage since i bought the boat and see no point in letting them just sit there. They come with bases one of which is a swivel base and i do have one 4 foot boom that can go with them. Only problem with the 4 foot boom is the screw that went into it was snapped off and needs to be drilled out, easy fix on the boom. First 300 bucks takes them.
