Sea Tech Marine Training School

Not sure where this should go... but has anyone used Sea Tech marine training school to get thier Captain's License. I am considering them in the fall of spring. Any comments good or bad will help. Thanks.

Firediver, I too was looking into that. I had talked with them and from what others on this board who have gone through them have said, this is top notch training school.

Billy V and I used them, and so did Jax. He has been stricken by some bad business decisions due to not getting his partners visa so she could come work in the USA. Other than that you will learn a lot and he makes the class fun!

This class is filled with good information at a non boring pace. Dennis makes the classes fun and keeps you excited throughout it to succeed. I definatly reccomend it!

Definitely worth it. Dennis does a great job, you'll enjoy it.

I took it with my brother in law, so we shared the 40 mile ride

up to Buffalo, and went out for wings after class each week....

I just got my licesne in the mail last week. I went through Dennis class last winter, and it's a crash course on how not to crash on a course He has been difficult to get a hold of on the phone but I beleave he has that under control now. I would recomend the class to anyone how wants to learn a more about safe boating.
