Ill start by saying this forum is great and I have been reading daily the reports and articles that are posted (especially in the Finger Lakes Section) since last year. I haven't had much chance to contribute as I don't really catch too much when I go fishing on Cayuga (but id like to change that). I never have had a decent fish finder but I'm in the market for one after reading this very detailed article on the necessarily pieces to be successful at lake trout Jigging (article link below). I plan to start posting more and taking advantage of the vast knowledge offered by the people who contribute to this site. So with all that said Id like to find a fish finder that performs like the one in the article below (as that model is discontinued) for around the same price. I am hoping someone will point me in the right direction.
