The Oak or Sodus

Got a day off from the Finger Lakes and am going to Ontario in the Morning. I can fish from Sodus to the Oak its a 45 min more drive to the Oak but if that is best thats where will go. What do you guys think? Will be my first time back up on Ontario since the Wilson tournament in May. I don't see to may Sodus reports but that might be because more guys are fishing out of the Oak. Waht about Sandy? Sandy has been on fire the past 3 weeks. 20+ fish days have been VERY common.

I don't know that you can go wrong with either one, but the Oak has been consistently producing fish all summer long... Sodus has been hit or miss.

I don't know much about sodus but the Oak has been insane from the 24.5 line to the 26.5 for the last few weeks.

Although the Oak will most likely be better, Sodus has been very good with lots of big Kings. Just make sure to be on the water at daybreak because it really seems to slow down after about 8:30 am....especially if we have clear blue skies.

Go to sodus.......or sandy.........too many boats at the oak thick as fleas on power pro!!

I was just at the oak and it was insane. I don't think I even came 200 to 300 yards of any boat. There was a pack of boats but they were a long ways away. There was some fleas but not as bad as cayuga. The 25 and 26 line was the best for me. From what I have been reading the entire south shore you can't go wrong with but the oak is the spot to go to.

just watch yer speed some of those state poopers will be lookin for guys like you...(to take them fishing)
