Charter at first light today on Cayuga. Am I the only one that thinks meteorologists are idiots  As of last night they were calling for a NW wind at 5-10. This would have put a nice chop on the water. Anyways the water was like glass all day (NO WIND). The bite at first light was slow but action picked up around 9:30. Ended the trip with one laker a few ounces shy of 10lbs and several 4-8 lbrs. A happy bunch of young guys that were complaining about sore arms  Lots of short landlocks but they went back in the lake with some shorter lakers. The normal set up of wire dipsy's, copper and riggers all caught fish. Other than the heat and lack of wind it was a great day with awesome people
