this boat runs great however it went from 26 miles per hour to going 10 miles per hour. does anyone have any ideas what is wrong???????????????

My guess would be check the fuel, fuel lines, filters and points.

hmm stuck in first gear...did ya launch trailer and boat or just boat.(launch before or after happy hour)..If it "runs great "probly just the speedometer..

Outside of the obvious-fuel issues-if you are getting full rpms and only 10 mph is the rubber hub in the center of the prop slipping?
