Took Ben's Grandma and Floyd out today. It was hot, fleas were not bad but the weeds were a pain. No big fish but the grill is heating up as I write this. Fished Meyers to Long point no spot better than another. Will have to wing it Sunday. See ya then.

Nice Job If cayuga was anything like Seneca today it was more like work than fishing. Non stop weeds, fleas and heat. It stinks when you find them but can't get down past the crap to catch them. Sunday will be interesting for everyone, we have a small cold front blowing in and a North wind in the forcast Great job on the fish It looks like you had a fun trip.

The cline dropped from last week. The cline was around 70 feet. I tried running 12 color but kept getting tangled due to currents. Had the same problem last week. I normaly run 4 dipsy's with no problem and in the last two weeks I've had them tangle 4 or 5 times. I'm sure the weeds are not helping. You pick up a ball of weeds and the dipsy is no longer running were it should be. My mailman better hurry up and bring my secret spinny for Sunday
