Loran-C Navigation Unit?

i purchased a penn yan recently that came with an eagle loran navigation unit. ive read on this site that this will no longer work in this country. but does this system still work elsewhere? just wondering if i should put this thing on ebay for a few bucks or through it in the dumpster. thanks, mark

Loran will make a comeback after a military action against our GPS Satelite systems when they are knocked out.
