Im looking for some recommendations (and links) for a major fishfinder upgrade. Any thoughts?

I have a Depth Raider and it works great! I get great stable readouts. I've used it as far as 150 feet without any issues. I highly recommend Depth Raider.

Lowrance HDS-7, HDS-8 or HDS-10. The broadband performance is amazing on lake ontario. You'll mark sliders on riggers, and even your divers when they are being deployed, amazing sonar capabilities.

Lowrance are good... I hear birds are making a comeback since they fixed their transducer problems. But i'll stay with Lowrance until i upgrade to the furuno
