I use the 30# flea flicker and love but some hate it because the way it spools on the reel but i keep good tenshion on the line when spooling it and have no problems with it and no fleas and have been useing it for the past 4 years, a lot of guys like to use 30# big game line and have good luck with it.

I use the 20 pound test flea flicker, it has fewer problems than the 30 pound line.

Today at the Oak there were no fleas at all.

I'm currently using 50# mono with a 15'- 20' section of 17# florocarbon leader. Absolutely no fleas

except on my 30# wire dipsey rigs. The heavy mainline doesn't seem to have any adverse effect on my hookup rates as far as I can tell.

I run the 30lb and have no problems with twisting. Put it on your reel correctly and use QUALITY swivels. I have a Spro swivel between my Flea Flicker and my Seagar and another Spro swivel for the spoon.

I have never been a big fan of the 30# but I use 20# ff and love it.

Been using it for years and i love it . the only thing is you have to have a good barrel swivel between your main line and leader or else you will get line twist.

20lb test here too and have been using it for years and I never had a problem with it. I never found the 30lb test as necessary.
