Just wanted to report all glitches have apparently been resolved. The earliest production runs of these utilized the wrong sealant around the keypad, allowing moisture to enter. This created an electrical shorting problem, and of course, erratic performance.

The commitment to excellence that I experienced with all departments involved in this correction was refreshing.

I have experienced 3 months of day to day trouble-free use and they are everything they say they are. Fast, repeatable, fully adjustable fall rate, and QUIET. The rodholders are the best design I have ever used.
