Short trip out of Wilson this morning. We ran 9 mi NNW and trolled N for about an hour before seeing lightning and calling it quits. It was fun while it lasted...... We boated 2 fish on 2 hits...... 1st a 23lb king hit a chartreuse Savant on a wire diver at 165 ft. 2nd an 8lb steelhead took a green Yeck, down 60 off a rigger... The king was starting to show some color.......Plenty of bait and some fish between 400 and 450. The temp probe showed 50 down 65, some current, but not so much to be troublesome..... wish we could have stayed longer.....
