Here is the link to this years Fairhaven Challenge being held on Saturday August 25th at Screwy Louies.

This is a great one day derby with a great turnout and a chance to meet new friends and fish a new port or fish out of your own port and bring your catch to the weigh in. I will try to answer any questions if there are any. This is the original Challenge that has started the new series in Oswego county, I have to say Thank You to Werner Stenger for helping us get these going. Good Luck guys.

Do many of you guys fish this challenge? It looks like we're in with at least part of our team.

I may as well be the first one to ask....what time is the captain's meeting going to be :?: lol

Looking forward to actually making this meeting and seeing some of you I've yet to meet.

Till then....Go out and take a kid fishing.

Rod,

There is no meeting for this Challenge. SO no need to worry about a time change. These have been the rules for the past 3years, and things have gone great for them. Good Luck.

Team FishStyx fished it last year and we are planning on doing it again this year. I gotta get up there one of these days and visit Chris at Anchor Resort and register.

We have fished it since it,s inception and trailer our boat from the north shore of LO around to Fair Haven. Great tourney, well run, and just a fun day to fish and meet and greet new and old friend,s. See you all in a couple week,s. Garry, a.k.a silverseeker

Got the entry form but who do I make the check out to and I guess I send it to Werner? First time entering so just trying to figure it out as it doesn't specify on entry form or rules and flyer.

We'll be there this year too. Jay and I will be at the lake for the entire week leading up to the Challenge, so if you're in Fair Haven then, be sure to swing by the marina and say Hi.

Thanks Rich, he emailed me and told me to make the check out to him and mail it to him so I guess I'm all set. See you at the weigh in.
