Lake Erie Perch, Vermilion, Oh

Spent the last three days with the Ohio portion of the Bromund clan breaking in my cousin's new 23' Parker and doing some perchin'.

Thursday, fishing sucked. Lots of white perch, white bass and sheepies, but couldn't find any yellow perch that wanted to play.

Friday was much better and we endedup with 125 or so in the box at the end of the day.

Saturday was a bloodbath. We had our 5 man limit of 150 perch in under an hour and a half.

Good man Tim, removing those walleye fry eaters from the biomass will help balance the harvest on the lake.
