Started off Saturday morning eastof the creek, near Watuma, fishing the 90 fow range. Had a slow pic of small fish, finally hitting one nice king in 95 fow, around 20 lbs. Fish came on the deep rigger, parked on the bottom on a black silver streak. I think we ended up with 6 or 7 in the morning.... Headed back out in the afternoon- and went west. Ran to the park and set up trolling west in towards the nose. We started picking up fish right away from 90 fow to 115 fow. Ended the night with 2 nice kings one 19lbs, the other 22 lbs, and a mixed bag of steelies, atlantic, and lakers. Hot lure was a moonshine purple glow and a silver streak blueberry muffin. Both kings came high and way out of temp.... the larger king was down 50 on the center rigger.

Sunday- left the dock late due to the storms and went east again. Great marks in 85 fow and a steady pick of browns and lakers. we boated 7 fish in about 90 minutes, then the bite shut off completly. Slid out deeper and started marking suspended fish in 165 fow. Dropped everything deep- really deep........ to find good temp. Hit one king 131 down over 165 fow. Topped the scales at 24 and change. The only lure to catch fish was the moonshine purple glow again.......

Left the dock at 4 PM for an afternoon trip. Ran straight out into 165 and set up on a north troll. We began hitting fish immediatley. 1 nice coho, then 1 big king, a steelie, and a smaller king. After about 1 hour the storm front came through, poured rain and the wind picked up to about 35 mph from the west. 4-5 foot waves in a matter of 20 minutes so we decided to pull in and head to the weigh station. The big king hit a diver spin dr combo out 300', all the other fish came on the same moonshine purple glow, down 105 and 95. The big king topped the scale at just over 30 lbs. Too bad she was so skinny, she could have been a monster........ 41" long- and no clipped fin......

First 2 pics are of fellow LOU Member- Sharpie with kings from Saturday. Last one is mine.
