Cannon Speed N Temp depth error

Tested my new SnT today and found the depth was off by 50%. Didn't see any calibration menu or depth initialization process so....am I missing something? Ball at 20 on both the line counter and Sonar, SnT shows 10.

sometimes coated cable reads difrent on counter.I use a 15# pancake to help with drag.12#ball on others.S-N-T works great for me.
