I'm a few days late with this report but I have been working, I took the family out for a few hours wed night and only ran three rods with one dipsy and 2 downriggers, I got the first hit in ten minutes on the dipsy out 200ft then landed that one with the help of my 12 year old son as the net man it took a great deal of time though because he couldn't figure out how to scoop up the fish it was very funny too watch him and my 14 year old daughter was driving the boat (in circles the whole time lol) then at 7ish as I was getting ready to leave I hooked the second one on a down rigger down 50ft then my son and daughter switched jobs the funny thing was that my son drove the boat way better than my daughter and my daughter instantly was able to net the fish. Now I know what to do with them next time, I wanted them to catch the fish but they were both afraid they couldn't handle it maybe next time. Here is the second fish it had a little color to it the first was still silver.
